Dan is initially shy and uncertain when meeting new people or facing new situations, but once he gets comfortable and opens up, he is vivacious and full of life and playfulness! Dan has previously been in a home and done well with multiple other dogs (small & large), as well as goats! He draws a lot of his comfort and reassurance from the presence of another dog - he actually had a Great Pyrenees best friend about his age who had been dumped on the same property as Dan was, who was his best friend and moral support, but unfortunately his buddy found his forever home already.

Dan has the most soulful and entrancing yellow eyes, and beautifully soft fur. He loves being pet by, played with, and given belly rubs by his people. :)

His adoption fee includes his wellness vet check, fecal testing and antiparasitic treatments, microchip, DAPP/Bordetella and rabies vaccines, his neuter, as well as a year of free entry to group obedience classes hosted by Diamond Dogs Training.
