Abby & Miss Tiff

BOXER MIXES | FEMALE/SPAYED | eSTIMATED 7 & 8 YEARS OLD

This sweet older adult girls are looking for their forever spot to land. Abby (the smaller of the two, with a tail) is the mother to Miss Tiff (bigger bob tailed girl, including the “Bee” photo). The girls lived for quite some time with a family who had found them - Abby was terribly malnourished and pregnant, and gave birth to 2 pups, one who didn’t survive. During their time with the family, they were around other dogs and a number of small children, and did well. Unfortunately, from what we were told, they were incredibly intrigued by the family’s goats, and all efforts to keep them away from the goats failed, which resulted in them needing to find somewhere else to go. :(

Both girls are over all very mellow and easy going. They can be a little uncertain about new people or dogs, but come around quickly and easily with treats and love <3 Miss Tiff spent some time in foster with a veterinary technician friend of the rescue, who she went to work with and did well, but it was only a short term foster, and now these girls are looking for their forever homes or a great, loving foster. They would really love to be adopted or fostered as a pair, since they’ve known and loved each other their whole lives, but they can also be adopted separately - we’d just really like the girls to enjoy their adult and senior years in a home surrounded by love and more attention than in rescue. :)
